Hello All:

Yes, I am having the same issues as most everyone else on backing up Tao Fenu, Brute Force, Kung Fu Chaos, etc, but I have learned something that I wanted to share.

I am using Xecuter2 Pro and Bios 4976.02. I can backup a game to the original hard drive that came with the Xbox unit, and such games work fine (Tao Feng, Kung Fu Chaos, etc) on the E:games directory.

I have installed a new HD (Western Digital 120GB 7200rpm 8 Meg Cache) and used NewHDEvox1.4 to format and install onto the new HD. I used Xcopy to copy the game to the new hard drive (just as I did with the Original Drive) and no matter if I copy it to the e:games or f:games, it won't run (shows EvolutionX logo, freeze, or reboots).

So, in my opinion, the BIOS (4976.02) works for the games mentioned in the fourm that people are having issues with (Tao Feng, Kung Fu Chaos, except maybe Brute Force), but I still haven't got my new HD working with the titles yet. I may have the older version of the EvolutionX dashboard on the original drive, and the newer one (whatever comes with NewHDEvox1.4) on the new HD. I have not done anything with the ConfigMagic nor used the FixAttributes (I have tried both, but I don't know what the hell I'm doing)

Any thoughts?
