Hello guys I need some help I installed firefuckers xdisk english 1.1(did not back up my drives) but I kept getting error 21, so after searching the forums I downloaded and installed slayers 2.6 and took option 3b2 restore retail xbox harddrive to factory settings and all seemed fine until I tried to log on to xbox live I found that I had lost my account, but I thought oh well I'll just renew my old account but every time I do this it says that I have not given the correct information and wont let me log on and yes all the information I have given seems to be correct. I have phoned the xbox live support line and the guys at xbox dont seem to know either (at least they havn't banned my ass yet) so anyone any ideas?

Please I miss my xbox live

P.s. if I get another live starter pack would that work on this xbox?
