Can You Change Your Live Name?

Newbie question: Can you change the name you choose when you register Xbox Live? Or are you stuck with the one you typed in the first time?

Your stuck with it, unless you buy another start pack and have another account with them

I called xbox live and they changed it over the phone for me.  At least that's what I remember doing...it was awhile ago.
