cant connect to xbox live
my mod chip was turned off and i dont have my xbox on auto sign in and i know for a fact i or anyone else never signed in with the chip on
when i troubleshoot the connection and it does all 4 steps...they are ok and it says "connected to xbox live server"
but when i go into a game and go to sign into xbl it says can't connect then asks if i want to troubleshoot
whats up with that? am i banned?
i read that it would say "xbox live doesnt support modified hardware" if it was a modchip issue but thats not my problem.
is a server down maybe??

Xbox Live wasn't connecting for me around the time you are questioning, on my unmodded XBox. But, now, it works fine.

If it says "connected to xbox live server" then ur NOT banned... ther must b some other problem,,, maby with MS server......
