I Got Banned. Can I Just Create A New Account?

I'm new, and just came out here looking for answers since it looks like I got banned when PGR beat me to an auto sign in before I could leap over to the box and shut it off.  Then I notinced it was set to auto-sign in in the dashboard!  Doh!  So, I suck.  What do I do?

I just started a 2 month free trial anyway.  Can I just cancel it and start a new account?

Otherwise I saw a couple of things saying another Xbox will need to be involved here.  There's one at work that I could take home for a night.  What do I need to do?

Read the pinned topics, and you will understand that it's your Xbox's EEPROM that got banned, not your account. So, the account has zero to do with it

You'd think they would let you just buy a new account.. I mean, if everone that was banned(like me) could just buy a new account( I would) MS would make a lot of money..  I guess they'd rather have the satisfaction knowing they did something to teach the modders a lesson...

Except for the whole EEPROM replacement..

eeprom can be changed or use another xbox.
