i'm not stupid. i wish people would learn how to read or not assume what they havn't read and not just to be a post whore because i didn't state that we wouldn't be playing on live with backup copies of halo 2

I'm not a post whore thank you.  Just b/c you see my post count don't ASSume.

Are you saying you just want to play with people that have modded boxes, but are not playing or are playing on the modded box?  The box would need a hdd switch if it was modded.  If you are just looking for people with an extra box or so that is modded, why?  I just don't see the point.  Maybe you should be more specific before you try and jump me noob.   <_<

why would they need a hdd swithc. your ignorance when compared to your number of posts amuzes me. you can still play online on a modded xbox with the retail kernel. don't assume i'm stupid just so you can post.

while that is currently true, its also with the stipulation that you havent signed on to live with your retail hdd first: if you have, your box will be banned... and there has been specualtion about the scanning of hdd's and pulsing of the lpc so you never know about the future... the hdd switch, or just a live dedicated box, is a good idea...

i cant find the url of the source of this news but i was readin today on cnet news that if you buy halo 2 for xbox that MS can monitor your xbox and know what hardware you have and stuff   anyone know anything about this cuz ive only read about it on cnet news
