what other info do you have there is a new version of imageburn and you never said what the copys you made did in the xbox... are you sure your xbox is modded with latest firmware wen ever i run abgx360 says your game is update and image perfect it should always work, general used to mean that my xbox needed reflashing if it still dont play
myself i havnt burnt anything newer then bioshock infinite but asside from you re-flashing you can try using the reccomended dual layered disks verbatim or you can try using xbox backup creater and tick imgburn for writing the games to eliminate human error in imagburn settings i doubt that will change the outcomes but just to confirm you are burning the dvd file and you get no pop ups for xgd3 games about size right? from wat i read about ihas burners u shouldnt get popups in image burn about the disk size being wrong
