Is The Rgh Easy To Do?

Depending on what model you have, Team Xecuter's R-JTAG might suit you best. I don't have personal experience with it, but they claim it gets boot times similar to the JTAG/SMC hack and RGH1. Of course, you could always go the RGH1/2 route.

I can't give you more information than that as you've provided very little information. Dashboard and motherboard versions would be helpful.
