How Do You Grenade Jump?

How do you grenade jump?  which grenade, timing etc... I need a little detail.   <

toss a frag at a wall or the ground or where they meet... wait about a second and jump... grenade-crouch jump for extra height... really it just takes experimenting to find the time... ;)   <

pretty much.

Frag- Throw count to 2 then jump
Plasma - Throw count to 3 then jump

And throw in the crouch at the peak of the jump for added height/distance.

Also notice that with the new physics the frag grenades bounce different and can detonate in mid air. You can use ths to jump even higher depending on where you stand (or what you stand on) and where in air the grenade detonates.  <

practice. try 2 throw the grenade in the right spot and not bounce it off the walls while practicing.  <
