Xgd3 Question

kreon drives cannot rip XGD3 this is well known

you need either a liteon or benQ 360 drive flashed with the latest 0800V3 firmware and latest XBC to rip the game correctly.

the iHAS burner is exactly that, a burner, and is not used for ripping.

Like mentioned above. You need an Xbox360 drive to rip your games. Either a Benq or Liteon drive with the latest 0800 firmware installed on the ripping drive. Kreon drives are obsolete. That's why it doesn't work for you.

My advice: buy a drive dedicated for ripping.

no mate get/buy/remove from spare xbox another benq/liteon drive flash this with 0800 firmware then put this drive in your pc and use xbc to rip check with abgx
thats your problem you need to replace your kreon drive with one of these 0800 drives but you have the right burner at least if you did it before with a new ripper you will get it to work

thankyou for your reply we have seen benq and liteon drives on ebay but what are the connections to pc sata? as cannot see the connections on the drives , dont they do a external or stand alone drive we have backed up a kinect game before with the kreon drive in the past 2 months so i expect the new games like  2011 / 2012 have different protection on them .
we are also looking at this drive xbox 360 usb external 0800 v3  if it is any good but cannot see where to buy one from none on ebay thanks
