what is master chief´s real name or the name of the person who does his voice in halo 2?

is it:

a) John Smith
B) Blade Ford
c) Cut Nikolaski

oh and one more thing? how many "halos" did the aliens build in total

were they 8, 4 or 1 ?? thanx

His name is actually John-117 and the person who does his voice is Steve Downes.  <

Suppossedly they built 8 (in our galaxy).  Although I have seen it demonstrated that mathematically, you would actually need 16 facilities with Halo's range to wipe out all life in the galaxy.  <
