Heatsink Problem
« on: April 20, 2005, 12:05:00 AM »

Anyone know where I can get ahold of a new clip for the cpu heatsink?  I tried to remove to heatsink so i wouldn't f**k up the cpu while I was screwing a fan to it, and *ping* <little plastic clip flies away> F**K! Says me...   Off the shelf is best...  Off the shelf in Orlando, FL is better.   Not PLASTIC CRAP is the best.

Damn..   Same shitty plastic clip that I already broke...    Whatever happened to the little metal heatsink clips?  I know they used to make them for computers. Did anyone ever make one for the xbox?

:D  I made a new plastic clip....    Nylon Zip Strip  :D

CPU Doesn't get above 112 ever....   I was spiking at 138 before.  Moved to a PC case added CPU fan and 2 case fans..  Getting ready to add Standard AV output HD Component output, and VGA output to the case with mode select switches.

In a shitty e-machines case :D
