Can i just do this in the video he used the CK3 Pro and the probe :/

your confusing yourself.  The CK3 Pro, powers the dvd by getting its power from the molex cable.  The dvd wire that connects the dvd and CK3 pro does not have anything for the probe.  You either have to buy a probe which will have the wire to connect the CK3 Pro to the DVD and the end that connects the DVD will have the Probe wires coming off of it.  If you do not want to buy a probe you can use the wire that came with your CK3 Pro and make a probe connection.  The X360 Pro just makes life easier because you wont have to worry about drivers or I/O port because its all automatic and can go thru usb, so technically you can use it on a laptop as well.  hope that helps.

Look, stop right there.

You have asked far too many questions, you should get someone else to do it for you.

The video clearly shows him connecting a sata cable to the drive and motherboard.

I've said it many times now, you do NOT need the x360usbpro if you have an existing sata connection.

Just let someone else do it for you before you break it.

Ok, i'm getting the CK3 Mini to power the dvd drive. Then i'm using my home made probe to get the key off the drive. Thanks guys! XD
