huge diffrence nand-x is used for flashing the consoles nand, it has nothing to do with the dvd drive, i wont be giving you a step by step tutorial as it would probably be a waste of time, i seriousy suggest you read up on the basics of flashing 360 dvd drives before trying anything but best bet is to try find a local drive flasher so you dont mess it up
