Where Is The Cache Folder So I Can Use Title Updates

Here is the system I'm using
Falcon Jtag
USB HDD external 1tb used to launch newest dashlaunch and freestyle it think it running 12611 not 9999
I dont have an original 360 Drive attached just external USB
I'm using a USB flash drive for profile saves

I'm still a noob with 360 I just got it a couple months back and I'm figuring new things out every day.

Here is the question while in file browser I can see a cache folder but there is no cache folder on my external hard drive. So how can I get these title updates onto my system. Any help would be appreciated.

Also can I run XBLAPlus on my JTAG?
