did your 2 initial reads match exactly? sounds like your lpt setup isnt very reliable. have you tried shorter cables, add resistors, remove resistors, add diode, remove diode etc? id try reading it a few times as it is, and if you dont get any matching dumps theres definitely something up with your setup

Yeah definitely checked the two dumps and they are matched exactly. I'm using nandflasher to dump the nands and have definitely tried different diodes. Multimetered all points to ensure that they were connected. Also tried using my spare nandflasher and modules. Any other problem it could be?

You have added the jtag wiring already havent you ?

Yeah for sure and triple checked that the connections are correct and there is no dry solder points.
