That cap isn't your problem. The drive would work even if the cap wasn't fitted. There are 3 resistors, they are just behind the power socket R203 R204 and R207, they say "000" on them, its usually one of those at fault.

Why have you blanked the chip out? They all have the same number on them, nothing special

Just bridge it with a piece of wire or a blob of solder. 000 is zero ohm which its well, zero ohm. A blob or solder or piece of wire reads zero ohm

Have you tried re flashing the drive? Your J/Flasher log looks OK but i always manually select the firmware then spoof to target rather than let it auto load. Just give it a try you've nothing to loose.
