360-s Custom Hdd (wd3200bekt) - Head Parking Issues?

I'm thinking of getting a WD3200BEKT for use in a 360, and I was wondering about the old over zealous head parking issue that many WD drives face (mostly the Greens, but it appears that it might be an issue in mobile Blacks as well). How does the 360 fit into this? Will the drive need the WDIDLE treatment before going into the 360, or will the custom firmware encompass that anyway?
