That's probably going to be the problem then. Bad news is, if your drive has completely died and you don't have the drive key, you are screwed unless you have it RGH'ed to recover the key from the motherboard

Does console boot fine from the power button or controller x button (with no drive connected) ?

If so the drive pcb has a problem with the flash.

If it still does't power up then the MOBO has a problem.
