Just throwing out some educated guess.

I have no advice on how to pinpoint 1 single bad Ram chip.

But if your console is experiencing a 3 rrod with 0110 secondary code.  It may be the Gpu chip instead.  Edram or another sector of Gpu could be fried.  A portion of the Gpu that communicates with the Ram.

I would try a replacement Gpu first  ... but I could be wrong about the situation
