U4E2 is not a mosfet - but a power reg
SOT 223 in style

Just guessing ... I'd say replace both U4E1 and U4E2

When i remove Resistor (0 Om) U4E2 in normal temp Range
Have any diagram, where going point upon resistor R4E11 ?
