Dvd Drives

The lite on and benq drives are similar but there are some differences.
PCB's are completely different
Spindle motor different
Worm motor Same apart from the ribbon length
Metal deck is the same apart from a cut out for the spindle motor ribbon (Liteon drive)

And the Label peels up for access.

Just turn metal half counter clockwise.  They will separate.  Then you can move that spindle top where ever.

Or change lids.

Don't do a PCB swap between a Benq and Lite on
