Yes - Don't go fixing it if it ain't broke.

If you're not practiced on preventative measures; just don't try any stunts right now.  There is a lot of bad advice out there.  The cheaper the materials - usually the worse the advice is.

If it works ... just enjoy the console.

There is the potential of jtagging, but if you don't know any of that - then it would just be getting ahead of your self

This system wants an update ?  How is it wanting that update ?

Are you hooked up to Live ?  Is there a Newer game in the tray ?  Or did you only just power on and it wants an update ?

I always replace the heat sink paste and refit the original xclamps. If you are worried about doing it, just leave it

Zephyrs are crap, Its more or less a Xenon with HDMI. Same CPU as a Xenon and same GPU as a falcon, E74, 0110 and 0102 are common problems

I don't think that Zephyrs completely suck.

I understand what Avinitlarge is saying.  But I've seen just as much Falcon repair work as any other.  The first three models of Phat 360's are fraught with design flaws.

Just enjoy your system.  When repair comes to be necessary, if it does, seek out a good tech or excellent advice.
Stay away from gimmick repairs.

Maybe fresh heat sink compound on the die chips would be a good idea.  Since this Zephyr is over 5 years old.  The compound is probably dried out.  Clean the fan blades too.
