The power has to be enabled for you to read the 12 volts.

The console enables the 12 volt line activity with the standby and the enable function.

Best way to read the 12v is from the motherboard locations for it - when powered up - if you can.

If you can't power up at all:  you may have no Standby 5volts or the 3.3 and 1.8 power regs on the motherboard are out.

Check your consoles for bent pins in the USB ports .... check all three

So, my PSU is working? In the 12v pins doesn't give me nothing, 00.0v, is this normal?
And, in my Mobo i can see the 5v correctlyin my multimeter. Do i need to upload a pic of my mobo?

How i can see which are the problem, the PSU or the Mobo?
I dont know what happens with my xbox sad.gif

No power consoles can sometimes be very easy to fix.

You have to understand what you are looking for.  If you can't get a reading of 3.3 volts or 1.8 volt at the respective Power Regs ( in Standby mode) - then one has shorted.  This would hold up powering up.

Check for Standby power at J9A2.  Left pad has the 5v.  Just pick any ground for your negative probe.

Check the backside of the Power regs at U5B1 and U5B2.

Bent USB pins can also hold up powering up.  Shine a flashlight into each port.  It best to be certain.

But the problem still could be the power brick.  Try to figure out where you could test out another one.  This way you can rule it out for sure or find your culprit.
