Boot Sequence Ok But No A/v

Could be Gpu issue.  Reflow or reball might be needed.

Could also be a support smd for the AV port.  Like a resistor or diode.

i refloow hana and gpu and still same

Could be one was corrected - but the other messed up in the process.

Could be chips were actually killed in the reflow process.  It can happen

Could be the full reball is now necessary.

Wilgo is correct. But, sometimes (rarely) the AV out port is damaged, so check the pins if they are ok. Also I have noticed once that in extreme conditions the port legs could be oxinized, they get greenish... clean them well with contact cleaner and re-solder with new solder to be sure they make proper contact.
