Problem Liteon 16d2s

The power reg might have shorted - when you dropped whatever it was on the drive.

Board position is U7.

Device part number is ME 1117

Replace that - the drive might be live again

Not quite following your question.  I do understand that English is not your first language.  So - I am trying

Sounded like your dvd drive is unresponsive after some thing fell on it.  That object probably caused a short.

That device ME 1117 is a sublet power relay.  Probably shorted or dead now.

My suggestion is - replace device at U7 with another ME 1117 or equivalent

This is the third time I am telling you.

Replace the transistor at U7.  It is broken.

Its part number is ME 1117

Don't bridge !!!!   Very bad idea

To buy the transistor - try Digikey , Mouser or Ebay.  Those are all dot com

I use Digikey alot.  Very good prices.  Wide selection

You being in Poland  .... don't know what your choices are.  Think Europeans use German sources for that sort of stuff.

That power regulator - ME 1117 - is a SOT 223 package.  You might have to buy an equivalent

It will take a hot air soldering tool to remove the transistor from the pcb

This info might help you make an order

uses this part number at Digikey:  NCP1117ST18T3G

This is what the transistor is:

IC REG LDO 1.8V 1A SOT-223

PMIC - Voltage Regulators - Linear (LDO)
