Replaced the fet Q7B1 but still no dice.  I also dont register any standby voltages on the collector or emitter.  Should there be some here?  I have found a few pics identifying power sources but most seem to be concerned with modding and not troubleshooting.  I would like to be able to trace this down until I find the faulty component.  I'll keep searching...

Wilgo, Is there any way to test the CPU/GPU power core?

Yes there is.  Its real simple.  And nothing has to be removed to do this initial test

Sounds like you have a Multi Meter, right ?

PM me  ....will explain it
