Xbox 360 Tray Keeps Opening

Really be careful with Youtube advice.  Alot of F'in idiots on YOutube

Your first problem was not a spindle magnetic issue.  Sticking tray:  is a stretched out tray belt. - or a dead tray motor

There are two set of metal taps that tell the logic board what position the tray is in.  Whether closed or open.  Those tabs complete a circuit.  You can see them from the bottom side.

Your sets are either bent, covered or damaged.  If the closed side tabs can't stay continually touching - then it auto opens.

Plus, you might NOT have loaded your disc tray back in properly.  Or you damaged some of the plastic grooves on the bottom side.
