2 Red Lights means overheating.  Ensure there is no dust and dirt in the heatsinks/fan/shroud.

Could be a short in the power brick now

 -  or -

A power reg out on the main board.

 - or -

a stuck Mosfet  - won't switch now

Do you know how to check for standby power on the 360 ?  It will be 5 volts DC

Sort of reconsidering my comments on the Standby voltage area.

If your Power Up gives you those 2 red lights - then you have Standby power.

You probably have a dead Mosfet or shorted transistor

OK, i replaced a power controller on the board, checked PSU, but nothing chage. Can you tell me how to check mosfets and transistors?

Power controller ??  Do you mean Power Reg ?  Which one the 3.3v or the 1.8 ?

With checking Mosfets, the most reliable way is to take them off the board.  Test with Diode function.  They won't respond the way you need while still soldered to the board.

Negative probe to the backside Drain.  Positive to the Gate and Source - one at a time.

It's hard to explain 'how to' - by typing it out.  I just know how to do.  Could physically show you in like 3 seconds.

But N channel mosfets have a switching function.  That's what you are checking for.

Mosfets known for konking out sit at Q2F3 , Q3F1 , Q6F1 , and Q6F2.  But those over on the 12v rail are also suspect.

Oh - here's another way.  One leg of a Mosfet is the Source and the other the Gate.  This is off board testing.  Low ohm setting or continuity on meter.  Put a probe on each leg.  If you have perfect continuity there, then you have a short and the Mosfet is dead.

Now - are you totally certain this is the problem you are having.?  2 RROD is just overheating.  Unless you have a dead LED on your ROL.

3rrod with a secondary of 0002 or 0001 is a power issue.

I'm concerned something is amiss & it might be making you look one way instead of another

I'm 100% sure that isn't overheating.
