This is a Slim, yes ?

I'd say there is a problem with the primary chip.

On Slims ... the Gpu chip and Cpu chip are unified into a XCPU/GPU chip.  On Phats, they are separate.

There's probably a micro fracture in one or two of the pins in the ball grid of the chip.  The common RROD problem of the Phats.

Get someone professional to reflow or reball the chip.  There are people offering repair service at this site.

Or fill out a repair ticket to Microsoft for $100 - and they will fix it.  Unless it happens to still be under warranty

thanks for repling back.
it was in my mind just today that it was a gpu problem. i used to reflow old phat xbox.

Is it the same way to reflow a phat or is it more complicated as they are 2 chips in one?

Can you please suggest me the ppl on the site that can do this,or if you can tell me on the post can you pm please
