did u remove the via driver?

yes, I did remove the drivers. In device manager, it had the yellow ! next to the VIA card.

Iv'e also tried to connect the samsung drive directly into the motherboard with no success. I tried from both Dosflasher and JF. It switches from 07xf to 0x80 to 0x0 . Can't get it to 0x70 from the motherboard.

I dont have a probe anything else i could do

the probe can be as simple as a grounded out wire. or u can hit intro and turn the drive on.
