Controller Buzzing Through Mic

I tried to search but found nothing.

Does anyone know for sure what causes this? I have 4 controllers in my room. 3 official Microsoft, one not. 2 wired, 2 wireless.

They all work just fine.. but out of all of them, only one of them is dead silent when hooked up to my turtle beaches. The chat works on all of them, I can hear, I can talk, but I get a buzzing that gets louder the more I turn chat volume up and is terribly annoying. I think one even makes it echo for everyone else. Its for sure the controller, I am using a phone charger for a 5v USB power for the headset and the headset/cords is brand new.

What parts fail?
