Ive repaired loads like this. A voltage is missing, it is there on the bottom of the board but is missing on the top. There is a through hole near the battery connection, clean each side, put a strand of wire through and solder each side. Off the top of me head I can remember is its next to the + or - terminal though, I think its the +
