second ... I usually just read here. But now, despite everything I have a question,
so I have now decided to register myself here.


short system info:

Xbox360 slim
DB: 2.0.14699
DVD-Drive: Lite-On 0225
HD-Loader: X360Dock / Boxzii

Keys extracted with X360usb pro (& maximus 360 xtractor pro for power supply)


now my problem is, that every iso i tested doesn´t work for me ... XGD2 ... XGD3 ... patched with .bin-file ...

xbox only shows "play DVD" or "reading ..."

so i decided to test it with an original Game ... but I'm either too stupid or there's something wrong.

The dvd-tray doesn´t open ether ...
i unplugged the usb-dongle from the xbox an started over again ... tray doesn´t open :-(
i started in "drive mode" ... tray doesn´t open ...

could somebody help me out of this?

i´m no newbe but in this case i could get crazy ...

hi, thanks for your quick answer.
It has left me no rest.
So i decided to open up my xbox again to check if everything is in correct position.

Sooooo ... i must say ... 100-times flashed, modded, hacked the xbox ... BUT ... indeed ...
there is always a little percent to make a mistake :-D

=> I´ve connected the drive cable in the wrong socket (not the SATA ... the other one) (to Mainboard <-> to Drive) :-(

so ... i tested again ...

unpatched XGD2 = works great
patched XGD2 = works great

unpatched XGD3 = works great
patched XGD3 = works great

so everything works great! (tested with Boxzii-Software!)

sorry for my "useless" post and thank you for your help!

in the future ... it is better to look / check twice ;-)


EDIT: btw ... the tray opens up in "Drive-Mode" again ;-)
