Mosfets 48 13ng, Replacement Part
« on: December 13, 2011, 01:45:00 PM »

Digikey is one place to start.  Very reliable.  Have used them numerous occasions.  Very good prices.

www.digikey.com

Mouser is another place.  And even Ebay.  And - even myself.  I think I have extras.

Basically what you need is: an N channel mosfet.  The NTD 4813 is 30 volt DC / 40 amp transistor

You might even be able to get samples from On Semiconductors

Thanks for reply!

With Digikey ... when you are looking for those ntd4813.  In there search - type ' N channel mosfet 30V 40A'

It should bring up more selection than just those manufactured by On Semi.  And you want the right package size.  It should be Dpak or 369

Digikey always beat Mouser's prices

Samples  - go to Onsemi.com   ... there's some navigation from there, like registering with them.  But you can get free samples.  Have done it twice.  The product is free, but they ask you pay for shipping.

Try Digikey again.  Or even call them.  They have great customer service.  Answer past business hour too.
