I have one like that and it ringed shortly after. If you can reflow try that, if not it may
need a reball.

Unless the console has some serious sentimental value to you, I wouldn't try to fix it. It's likely to fail unless you get it reballed by a professional, and even then there is still chance for failure.

I reballed an E74/1022 machine the other day which brought it back to life and did 2x 0102 consoles at the weekend, all of which were brought back by reballing.

Yours will also need a reball or at the very least a reflow. Reballing is a longer term fix tho.
