Xenon Fans Running 100%

So I looked into this further.

Turns out I had 12v at the GPU side, and 5v at the CPU side.

Not sure if this is good or not, but I cut the 12v side, taped it off, and spliced the two fans together to the 5v. They spin nice and quiet now.
