First of all, this is an example why WE SHOULD NEVER, EVER, BAKE our XBOX like a cake in a home oven!

So.. about your issue.. you are screwed, buy another xbox. You will never know what happened sincey ou can't just pin point such problem. It will take you months to find what is wrong, and I believe that there are many things "burned" on your board, already.

P.S. worth to try, remove your JTAG and try to boot up again.
