Did you check the big capacitors on the board?

Did you get the keys from the drive ? If so just get another and flash your keys over ... sounds like you fried something on the drive controller board ... or were you using the 360 to power the drive while flashing ? JMHO I would never use the 360 to power the drive ( unless you have no alternatives ) ... does the 360 power on without the drive plugged in ?  sad.gif

Check with multimeter all MOSFETs, and then all the big Capacitors. Check if any of those are swollen. Pictures of your board could help us.

First of all, someone resize the photos please?

Anyway, I had a quick look and seems like U2T1 and Q3M1 , Mosfets are not soldered at should be. Did you do anything on them or they were just like that when you opened the xbox?

I advice you to take them off the board and test them with a multimeter.

It's probably either a jacked up USB or power plug.

Worth to check these as well smile.gif

if u can't find a jacked up usb port, and the power jack is fine (99.99% of "doesn't power on" problems are this), then a component like a mosfet on the mobo blew.  would u mind taking a pic of the usb's and the power jack for us?
