Xecuter CK3i Officially Launched

****  I just bought the CK3Pro like 2 weeks ago!

TX is not worthy of assimilating themselves with Apple and to release it with honour to Steve Jobs is a little insulting.

Donate £10 from every sale to cancer research and then feel free to market your product with Steve's name.

I cant believe the attitude on here, EVERY time T-X release something new they get slated for releasing something that's "useless", it may well be useless to some but is there really any need to make a pointless post to say so?
I've had a CK3 for years now but to be honest i'd love an updated version that automatically switches the power on and off when needed.

Sure I'd love.gif to have one, but will it really do anything more than my ck3 pro and usb pro won't do (besides having a built in open/close function inside JF)? What I'm more interested in is TX's version of the glitch board. I'm hoping it will be able to store a secondary nand/dash so it will allow the best of both worlds,  muhaha.gif  Jtag .

The coolrunner has nothing to do with your NAND so you wont be using it as a dual NAND solution. T-X have said they are working on a dual NAND solution though.

Yeah, maybe if they did something other than take in the scene while masquerading as developers... Perhaps if they allowed ppl on their forums to help them develop ideas openly .. I mean when was the last time u heard of anyone stealing a TX idea?

I've tried .. but they just keep disappointing me more and more...

Looking at this, I don't see a compelling reason for upgrade. My original CK3 is doing alright. Besides the automatic eject thing, is there a discernable difference from its predecessor? I usually see Team Xecuter products as relevant and useful. The way the features are worded, it just seems like they should have revised and updated without creating new product fanfare.

First off let me say that I am a Apple fan (I've had every version of iphone and will have the 4S on the 14th) and I am a TX fan (I've had almost every product they've ever made in multiple quantities, probably spent $1k on TX products, but has made for a great return  cool.gif ). The CK3i does seem related to Apple/Steve Jobs and the new iphone 4S, a bunch of hype  dry.gif  but not much difference than the older version, so I think it's fitting, maybe they should've named the CK3i the CK3S.

Dont get me wrong I do like TX products, but looking at this design its a little disapointing that it looks like you sitll need it plugging into a molex in order to power it. Thought they would have gone they way of x360usb pro and made it run via usb or external power supply out of the box.
Looks like i'll stick with the ck3 pro and an old hdd caddy power supply.

Yes, Apple does tend to be overpriced, but in the realm of "you get what you pay for", it's not so bad. Their DSDT tables are quite clean; maybe they fine tune them all in that manner. Still, even if they're having someone manually debug and fine-tune each system, a mac pro should be about $1k cheaper than it is tongue.gif

I really don't see how this product has ANYTHING to do with Apple, and/or Steve Jobs. It's not even Apple compatible. Why don't you say you're also "Coming back like Jesus, and praise to the Almighty!!" to get more Christians to bite?

Perfect for tinkering with your 360. After all, MJ loved the occasional fiddle.

Yes, people are saying things about things people said.

Couldn't help it. Needed the CK3i and let me tell your that automated power switching is exceptional. Just a nice unit in all. Didn't get no Keychain bonus, though.
