Cool to see they're being proactive in creating new firmwares, but I'll be a lot more excited when one reaches a customer's hands.

Even more-so a month or so after that if they're not banned (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

They are in people's hands, they started shipping last week. I'll have mine Monday according to my tracking number details.

I'm hoping they get those new XGD3 imgages supported in the next update, they already support XGD3 images ripped with another method but the new ones for LT2.0 apparently don't work right now.

Not there fault since they had no access to c4eva's ripping tools or firmware while working on this.

How quickly they can support the new XGD3 images will be a good test of what to expect in regards to firmware updates and the speed at which the team can adapt to changes in the scene.

The Display isn't as neat and thin as it was in the early pictures. I believe the prototype had touch buttons while this one has hard buttons. It's almost certain they used the extra time to shave off the production cost. Only thing making me want this more then the Wasabi was the neat touch display, right now it feels I could live without one since it's realy ugly. I will wait and see what BoXZii has to offer but meantime I am starving for the Wasabi, beside SATA conectivity it seems it will be the best looking solution for the Slim. It will however take some time to see which one will have the best updates and Live support. What I really look forward to is LT2.0 compatible Ripping so we can burn those isos on DL media. I could box a 360 DVD drive and Flash it with 0800 Firmware but With Wasabi or XK3Y ripping it seems mutch smother. Hope C4Eve releases it soon so they can all make the software for it. Or even better if one of them sponsor C4eve so they can support eachothers hardware from start just like Xecuter does. Saying this I believe Xecutor will come with something even better and cheaper then All of them. Hope it's USB3 based since you can't do mutch with SATA and USB2 is mutch to slow. Since ms alredy lets us copy the game to the internal hardrive if we have the original in the DVD Drive we will not get mutch satisfaction from USB2, the only plus would be we won't need to swap the games manually beside the obvious pirating angle. Since I still believe the games will load faster from the internal harddrive then from a USB2 drive emulator. So only people with a small internal hdd will have a reason for this solution and a bigger interna drive would be cheaper then this.

I like to have everything inside my XboX 360 so I believe I will ha a glitched with Ixtreme LT 2.0 and even one of this solutions inside one of mine 360s. Not sure if I will add anything like that to my JTAGED Jasper though, iXtreme LT 2.0 is a most for the Jasper but this seems little to mutch since I alredy can do everything with it. However the possibility of me using XK3e seems more far away for every news we get about XK3y. There is nothing positiv about this soultion then they were the first. Wasabis solution seems better even if I will hjave to wait 2 extra weeks for it. However it seems I will wait for Xecutors version of this. Or if there will be another with USB3 however Xecutor seems best thanks to their cooperation with C4E even if they haven't mentioned anything yet. Even I could rip a specification out of my ass however a working product is a totally diffrent situation. Better release something without talking about it then talking about it for 6 month and not releasing anything. If somebody would mention USB3 a week before release I would rather buy their stuff then anyone of the others I been hearing about since 2011-04. There isn't any product loyality since I never heard of anything any of them made before this. Sure if Xecutor was one of them I would consider them but right now it seems the more time pases the worst the product will be since they are shaving of production costs. Xecutor often shows a crappy thing and their final product is amazing, now we start with something amazing and the final product is crapp instead....

In the directions, it says to insert the dae.bin for the dashboard that your are using in order to play xgd3 games.  The problem everyone is having is figuring out where to get the file???

from the quick guide on the xkey website
-----------------------
For all XGD3 games (GoW3, Driver, WarHammer 40K, etc.) it is necessary to put the corresponding "dae.bin" file (that matches your dash board version) in the /games directory. This file can change whenever MS release a Dash update but there is no need to repatch/reburn games, just replace the dae.bin."

Email [email protected] to receive more information.

(dae.bin file is not provided to the xk3y team)
-----------------------

the 0800 rip support will be added soon with 1.03 firmware.

You're a lucky distributor. The only one who received limited stock (also a bit of a shame though for the others)

dae.bin download for the latest dashboard. It works, see:

Youtube

For those who don't know how the folder structure should be: X360key HDD format and install (dutch site), translated by google: X360key

If I have the CPU key of my console, then I would be able to extract the dae.bin...So I wonder if the same file can be used on different consoles -Jasper/Fat/Slim- running the same dash?
