No Power After Hana Flow On Xenon
« on: June 27, 2011, 01:04:00 PM »

I had a e74 xbox that i fixed by putting leaded balls on the gpu. It still gave me problems and for some reason i decided to flow the hana chip. After doing so, the console no longer powers on. I tried different bricks but they stay in standby and the console does not come on at all.

I tried flowing the hana again, but no change. I am not sure how flowing the hana caused the console to have a power issue.

Dont you repair them, did u just give me advice? Nah, im just kidding.
I think u burned a mosfet. When a console doesnt power, Check all the mosfets, and the ports, to make sure the pins arent touching. Also check the psu itself, maybe it just went out, and u think it is the xbox. It can happen.

Yes i do lol. But sometimes even repair people dont know everything. I suspected a mosfet, but wanted to get some opinions. I will try replacing the mosfet near the hana chip.

Like we say always.... you must check ALL the MOSFETs. By just replacing some "usual suspects" doesnt mean they were the faulty ones.
