Competition is always good but please keep in mind

1. "Half price then a X360KEY in production" might be percieved that the final product will be half the price of the x360key, this is not the case. These projects require months and months of development, and the hardware is pretty complex.. I would guess that the end price might be $20 usd less, if that.

2. the x360key guys still have not revealed a lot of features as well. No one wants to play their cards to far out as we all know this is a copy cat market

This is just "troll news" by someone trying to be funny.

The forum thread at wode.org is already deleted, the site http://www.xodejukebox.com doesn't even load.

probably the chip that the x360usb uses to allow sata communication over usb

That is neither a new nor special tech..

The reason this is only just coming out is probably because it needs to now, what with the new dash etc. Before you didn't need this because flashing was free and easy so why pay for some hw to do the same thing you can do for free.

They have stated that the xode site is under construction and will be up soon . . .  So maybe that is why it don't work aye?

Here is the admin and a mod at team wode discussing this. They also jab a bit about projects announced that never get done. Also sounds like they think c4eva may be behind x360key:

The now deleted forum post was the announcement, which makes me think http://www.xodejukebox.com/ is not from the team behind WODE as they removed the post linking the official site. Something stinks here, and it's not my underwear.

I already placed an order for the x360key....and I doubt that c4eva is behind it since it seems the team behind this criticize the fact that the whole xbox 360 scene relies on the work of 1 person!

Or as cheap as possible with good support e.g AP2.5, etc.

There are many banned units out there don't forget.

See i don't know what to go for the one that tx is gonna make or this one . . .?

I am rather impatient, BUT as stated here before the guys who made the wode are pretty lame when it comes to updates, and tbh is it gonna perform as well as they say?

Ill wait for more details on features, size and upgradability  . . . .  and most of all who else brings out one . . .

Why is this possible suddenly? It's hard to believe so.
