Took long enough for one of you to pull this one out. You know, that is a common defense in many anti-trust lawsuits.
Check out whats going to happen to Sony in the near future if you want to get an idea of what happens to companies who try to deny rationalize and justify unethical methods of controlling theirmarket. Even China sees that a free and open market is a more fruitful principle than monopolizing through fear and lies. Tens of thousands of units? get real, if Tx was even turning a profit, they would pay their members, stop releasing stolen/RE versions of others tech, and their reputation in the development community would be proportional to what they claim their contributioins are.
We have a saying here in the USA - "You can fool some of the people some of the time, but you cant fool all of the people all of the time". The guy who said that freed the slaves, ironic huh?
(again) not to feed the trolls but.......
Without companies like Xecuter (and Maximus and all the others) your little webstore wouldn't be possible. Many thousands of people rely on products not only to buy but to sell as a business too. It's called commerce and free market.
I always laugh about people who scoff at reverse engineering in a hacking scene - whoever whines simply makes themselves look foolish. However Xecuter have released hundreds of hacks over the years that were of course their own and were taken apart by others - but thats the name of the game. Just like maximus and geremia do their own work but also use others' work - thats what its all about - as long its its improved on and not just simply duplicated

Also - I have seen a few times now about this nonsense that Xecuter don't reward / pay / supply their developers and staff. A false statement and out right lie (not that it's any of yours or anyone else's business), and for you to think for a second that Xecuter don't sell hundreds of thousands of units of their products every year - well that simply proves that you have a complete lack of business acumen with no concept of the scale of depth of how companies work that have been in the electronics industry for 15 years. It also shows what tiny scale you operate on so it really is pointless even responding to your irrelevant and completely off base post. I will say that they don't send samples to their testers and make them pay for them unlike some lol
Who are you anyway boxxstar ? you own a tiny little webshop and have absolutley no place in the scene with regards to development or manufacturing or anything else other than making a living off the tools and releases of others. Don't forget that.
We also have a saying in the USA "jealousy breeds contempt"
Move along now......
