As promised here is the professional version of the CK3 Probe 3. Speaks for itself. The easiest, safest, most flexible “PMT” no-cut/no-solder probe for Liteon drives.

No capacitors, no discharging, no power clips, enhanced extraction code built into X360USB and Jungle Flasher to give instant key extraction with no need for prolonged probing of the PCB or timing your power cycles or any other waiting around or messing about.

Also tested working with the Samsung Bad Flash Recovery Method (mostly not required with X360USB Pro as it will recover 99% of Samsung recovery / Bad Flash situations – but its a working backup all the same)

We have also designed the CK3 Power Cable so that it can be used to convert any CK3 probe (v1 / v2 / v2.1 / Mini probe) to a fully functional PMT capable probe. Naturally the cable is a lot cheap than buying a Probe 3 so YOU save money !

It’s this simple (Connect using X360USB PRO & Jungle Flasher of course):
1. Press the PhatKey button, then click Yes
2. Hold Probe 3 Button down (LED OFF), connect probe to MPX01, release Probe 3 Button (LED ON)
3. Extract Complete will be instantaneous when using X360USB PRO, now remove probe from MPx01
4. Press and release the Probe 3 button again then click OK
5. Done!

come on, there's a lot of people who can't install switches and probes in wires.
t-x forgot to mention that this is also compatible with most of t-m's power adapters except the dongle.
c'mon t-x, yall are forgetting a huge part of the market here.  wudupwitdad?

At least T-X give it as option. They have given the schematics to the public, so people can make custom ones and additionally (optionally) you can buy the ready made solution from them. To be honest this is much more tidy than my custom one, and depending the cost, I might get one (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

is that correct?  most other people are using the wire right across from the 3.3v wire in your probe 3 picture.

ground is ground.  i've heard of people clipping a wire to the chassis of the 360 and probing with that.  the 3.3 line switch does have to be there though.

To be honest, this could be T-X's first reasonably priced product.
Assuming its under 10$ (not likely) ill be buying one.

Yes only 3,3V switch and you have status leds on the probe 1 ---> 3,3V On, led on --> 3,3V off, led off.
You can use normal mra probe to MPX01, like this one --> Easy Probe (MRA)

Thanks a lot. I would ask, how to add LED (with resistor?). If probe is connected to mpx point, it will light. Thanks for advice.

I doubt it's possible.

I assume if you're using a connectivity kit (TX/Maximus) you don't need the switch/button, just use the power button on the connectivity kit?

Ignore my last post, forgot the drive had three supplies!

For those thinking of using a Maximus Spear:-

CODE

--1==============================
--2   360 Xtractor Add-on        \
--3   SPEAR                       >-----
--4   V1.0       Blue=Contact OK /
--5==============================

Connect GND to pin 4 (connects to probe)
Connect switched 3.3V to pin 5 (connects to green LED)
