I've not been watching this thread and hadn't even looked at the documentation online until I saw some of the comments.

So, £80 worth of kit and you don't have a manual for it? Not exactly reassuring now, is it? Part of your business plan to release this should be to ensure sufficient documentation was available on release. If this means getting someone else to document it for you, so be it. You customer expects legible and concise documentation. Hell, I did more documentation when I posted on updating an Olimex USB header using H-JTAG, which I did for free!!

Maybe spending less time in your obvious digs at TX and more time supporting your customer base is in order here...

The Wait is Almost Over - No-Cut, No-Solder,No Tutorial

Just flashed a BenQ just fine.
Just flashed a Samsung just fine.

May not be a tutorial or any guides, but other than perhaps needing one for hitachi drives then you go by what you know, and if you read the options its pretty self explanatory.

What do you know you need to do to flash a BenQ?  MTK vendor intro if its already been flashed, or you unlock it first then, then enter MTK vendor mode.  Then you read the firmware

What do you know you need to to do to flash a Samsung?  Unlock it if its an MS28 stock, half-tray if its an MS25 or if its iXtreme 1.5.  Then you read the firmware

There may be no manual yet, but if you read the functions then it will let you know each step.

With regards to any other drive with exception of the Hitachi and the scorpion for the liteon, if you've used JF and you're an experienced modder then you should already know how to use the lizard.

This is still no excuse for not having a manual, just, if you're not new to modding drives then.................

I think 360Lizard is superior to X360USB Pro, at least at launch. Scorpion is the real progress. Both allow do to things we've been able to do before, just that its easier.
But I don't think either is really worth it for those that only update their own Xbox. If you already have the key or OFW you just need SATA connection. The same probably for Slim drives.

But those that do more drives should probably buy both (I know I will). And the manual isn't really an issue. From what I can tell the screen on 360Lizard already tells you what you need to do.

I do hope 360Lizard does well and is being supported though. We need competition which would be even more welcome on the firmware front.
