Jtag's Dvd Drive Not Reading Disks?!?

My jtag's dvd drive doesn't want to read disks. Everytime I put in disk, it says "Reading DVD". Then it replays the Xbox 360 Start Up intro like it was recorded on a dvd. I can rewind and fast forward. But it doesn't load me to my dashboard. Any way, its the same thing with Xbox Originals. It will say to me it's an xbox original game.
