E79 Error Code Help

Hi I bought an Xbox the other day that was Jtag able (yes) but the downside was that it had 3 RROD (good old 0102 error) fixed that. booted up and was welcomed with a black screen with E79 (dashboard not loading or something like that) written at the bottom of it so I went in search of a solution and found This I followed the description and after turning my Xbox on and off for about an hour I remembered that the Xbox was Jtag able. So if I dumped the NAND and flashed a new dash board to the Xbox would this solve my problem?
