i assume it could be possible to store the ixtreme firmwares and original firmwares on a microsd card, or on a small amount of built in flash memory.

what i did notice was there was some sort of an app on the pc, which displayed info about the slim drive. how did that get there?  blink.gif the device isn't connected to the pc at all. still love the concept though.

looks nice but if you are going to brag how it is a " no cut liteon device " then why would you launch it showing a Hitachi instead of proving your "No Cut theory" ?

for some reason right now I just feel more comfortable with my PC....if I were doing it on the road I would go with that but I only do a few and my PC hasn't failed me.

I could see going with the Xecuter one just to make it work on a laptop via the USB connection and give me the ability to 0800 a drive and connect via USB easily.

looks promising...my only concern is how stable it is, since some drives like the hitachi is kinda tricky to enter mode b and flash, how stable that puppy is ^^

You know I really like the look of this product, like the last poster said powering it up with a 9v battery is not a great option. Think of it like this, u go to a mates house so u can flash his box for him, take it all apart and hook it up, then you do your thing and just as you start to erase or write the battery dies. I know it is pretty hard to brick a drive but it can happen.

This is the whole point of the device. -- It is 100% standalone hardware flasher, that means there is no messy SATA drivers, or USB drivers, or Windows or Linux problems, as their is NO NEED for any PC.

We are just showing it's capable of running stand alone for read/write.  The 9v battery is just an option that might be added, the video is just showing off some of the cool features.

The slim key read IS connected to a pc by USB

More details and features will be announced soon as well as pricing and availability

Hi, please stick to www.360lizard.com updates only.

This stand-alone box is really cool.  And the acoustic Eye of the Tiger song in the video is awesome.

Ok this is totally my fault, I forgot to add a note for credits on the music, the acustic version is
performed by Igor Presnyakov and you can donate to him and get the MP3 packs from here:

http://www.igorpresnyakov.com/

Master Igor, Im sorry, but I hope you get good donations with this.

a list of resellers got posted, one even had it on their site for 50 British pounds which is $80 USD, that is all i was saying.  i guess should stick to 360lizard for updates.

Just weird how out of the blue someone posted a list of resellers and one even had it as a pre-order.  whomever did that post of reseller list, do you know the lottery numbers for the next draw, since it seems you know more (or more information was leaked out) than should be released.

Too many leaks will sink a ship.
