Fanboys.. let battle commence.

It still needs to get a nice compact power supply for the drive built in really.

How is this device connected to a PC? Because in the video I see a sata cable from the dvd drive to the lizard, but not to a PC.. How will you get the firmware key on a PC (to flash/spoof etc.)?

I'd like to know if it can grab keys from the drives that normally require cutting and soldering. Definite buy if it somehow manages that.

It says its standalone mode, so I guess you don't need a PC to read and write?  I don't know where it saves the original firmware and where it stores the hacked firmwares.

As I stated before maximus informed that if you have to prep a drive currently (rebuild pcb, cut traces etc) you still have to do it with this,  this just removed the need for a PC.

I think some people jumped the gun when they stated it didnt need cut traces etc.

I think Lizzard is better. But still have to see how much it will cost and if it can really deliver more than a "sexy" lcd.

This stand-alone box is really cool.  And the acoustic Eye of the Tiger song in the video is awesome.
